Working principle:

S type agitating paddle is droven by motor, which pushes the materials to turn repeatedly and evenly. Because of the electrical control system, it can set mixing time to realize automatic stop and electric discharge. The parts of the machine which contact with materials are made of stainless steel. The gap between blades and the inner wall of the cylinder is very small, so there’s no "dead corner" in mixing. Seal devices are fixed on both ends of the stirring shaft to prevent the materials from rushing out. Feed hopper is controlled through buttons. So it’s very convenient to feed or discharge materials. This type of mixer is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff industry and so on.
